この日は小規模多機能の朝の迎え担当。
この時の時間は10時過ぎ。
朝は7時半過ぎに1便目の出発をしていますので、
もうすぐ3時間になろうとしています。
車いすの方3名、歩き方5名の計8名の方を
クラブ滝子へ迎えました。
8名の迎えで出発から到着まで約3時間。
一般的なデイサービスの送迎スケジュールから
するともしかしたら結構時間かかっているのでは?
と思います。
自宅出発を8時前の方もいれば
10時過ぎの方もいればと、個々の状況に
応じて送迎を行っていますので、
時間がかかる、手間がかかるというのは、
利用者都合に合わせているという事だと思います。
利用者、家族にとって、
お力になれる幅が広い、
小規模多機能型居宅介護の
お迎え事情でした☆
